30 Karats or diamonds and 10 ounces of 18-Karat white gold makes up this $150,000. It's a lot of jewelry in the shift knob but I'm more interested in how it is made. I would only buy it if it was assembled by the Queen of England ...with just her left hand...while being tickled.

It's an LCD keyboard. The keys change depending on the program/game. You can change languages. Probably host of other things as well. Maybe light up in different colors when playing music so it looks like an equalizer.
