On Super Bowl Sunday, Tina Williams was pulled over for not stopping for red lights and swerving all over the road. When the police got to her, she smelled of alcohol, her 1-year-old daughter was in the backseat unbuckled and a case of beer was in the front passenger’s seat buckled in. They also found two silver pipes in her purse.
